Fall 2026 - Performing at The Ruth was so fun, I had to try again. I was cast as Mal in The Addams Family musical, and I'll be an understudy for Fester.
Summer 2026 - Jayne wanted to do another summer show with me, and I could never say no to that. I'll be Mr. Wormwood, and Jayne is playing Alice. Timp Arts in American Fork is doing great things!
Fall 2025 - I couldn't resist the pull to audition at the new, beautiful theater in Pleasant Grove, UT. It's called The Ruth, and it's the new home of the Hale Center Theater Orem.
I was cast as Lord Clapham and Master of the Justice. Plus a chef signing and dancing on a table. The show ran Aug-Oct 2025.
Summer 2024 - At long last, I finally did a show with my kids! We did Seussical the Musical with Alpine Community Theater. I played the Cat in the Hat - a role I never expected to play.
Fall 2021 Well, the acting bug started bothering, and it finally bit. I was cast in Hale Center Theater Orem's production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. I played Saint Aphrodisius and an ensemble member. I love the music of Hunchback. It was a beautiful production.
UPDATE 7/17/21 - Long ago, in a previous life, I made this website because I thought it would be cool to own my own name.com, plus it would be a fun place to chronicle my small acting history. It was fun to update with new shows I was doing, and to go down memory lane. Over ten years ago, I got married, had kids, and went back to school. It was time to take a break from acting. I'm now a high school counselor, and I love it!
Josh worked as production manager for a TV show called StarBiz. StarBiz is a singer/songwriter competition, but unlike any singing TV show you've seen before. It's entertaining, exciting, and uplifting. And cancelled. It was fun while it lasted!
